Succession planning, the robust jobs market, attracting future leaders – just some of the topics discussed last week when the C.O.I. team, led by Managing Partner Andrea Keller, were in Europe visiting clients.
C.O.I. met with companies across a wide range of sectors including heavy industry, IT, services and fashion. The effect of retiring baby boomers is driving a real push to develop a strong pipeline of future leaders within client companies of all sectors. Although the European candidate market is not as tight as what the U.S. is experiencing, there is nevertheless, fierce competition for top talent. Our team reviewed recruitment strategies, shared their insights on what our recruiters are seeing in the various market sectors and provided tips on how to differentiate from competitor companies to both attract, and retain the right candidates.
